I am an experienced HR leader with a background in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Istanbul University, currently pursuing my master’s in the same field.
Throughout my career, I have successfully led transformative projects, including mergers and separations, compensation and grading systems, and executive leadership development. My expertise also extends to driving global organizational design at Howden`s headquarters in London.
A passionate advocate for career development, I hold an ACC accreditation and lead coaching initiatives to empower professionals. I have shared my insights at various global HR conferences, including Gartner ReimagineHR London 2024, where I presented on large-scale transformations.
